We understand that some of our members have been more affected than others by the economic shutdown and therefore pricing for virtual events through August is “pay what you can.”
Dan Diamond, MD, FAAFP
Equipping leaders and employees to overcome burnout, improve engagement, and manage change. Learn to flourish under stress. Riveting front-line stories from international disasters. As seen on Larry King, CNN, and TEDx,
Leadership is becoming more challenging than ever! Teams struggle with stress! When more than 70% of US workers are not engaged at work, the consequences can be disastrous. Leaders face a host of barriers, but the real issue is that we are asking people to do more with less when it matters most. Engagement is no longer enough. True leadership is dependent on mindset, vision, and owners.
More than ever, when times get tough, leaders and individual contributors need to rally their team members to engage, take ownership, and deliver results. Forged in the trenches of international disasters, Dr. Dan Diamond's captivating stories and practical strategies equip both managers and employees to make a difference in high stakes environments when outcomes matter most.
