The Cascadia Educational Conference (CEC) is a joint regional conference for the Oregon and Washington State Chapters of Meeting Professionals International.
Cascadia features educational breakouts, motivating keynotes, and opportunities for meeting planners and suppliers to network and connect in the hosted buyer program and the trade show. CEC is a two and a half-day meetings experience complete with award-winning industry leaders who strive to show that meetings are more than just an agenda.

Meeting planners may attend as a paid participant or as part of the popular hosted buyer program. Planners may also be eligible for sponsorship.
Suppliers can attend as a standard attendee or by participating in the hosted buyer or trade show program.

The best way to gain additional skills, enhance skills you already have, and to make new, long-lasting contacts and friends is to volunteer. The CEC planning committee is looking for volunteers to help plan and execute the 2020 conference. Committee members are needed for:

- Marketing
- Live & Silent Auction
- Hosted Buyer
- Closing Gala
