Please join us in giving a warm Texas welcome to Monica Vornbrock! Monica recently moved here from Florida and is a new member of our MPI chapter. As our chapter turns 40 this year, Monica has hit the ground running as Project Chair for our THCC History webpage. She is actively looking for volunteers for this new history committee, so please reach out if you’re interested!

Monica is the co-founder of The GLO Group, and has a background in marketing and design. GLO Group is a marketing firm that helps organizations rediscover what makes them unique in order to effectively communicate their value. In addition to growing her company and getting involved with our MPI chapter, she’s also studying for her CMP certification in hopes of taking the exam in 2023.

Monica resides with her husband in Bastrop, has a beautiful and bossy Lhasa Apso dog named Kitana, and loves being an aunt to her niece and nephew. Travel is her passion and throughout her life she has moved 25 times and visited 18 countries, WOW! Raised in Venezuela, she speaks fluent Spanish and English, and a little bit of Portuguese. Monica loves paddleboarding and likes to clear her Wednesday morning calendar for “board meetings.” She also joined the Bastrop Pickleball Association in hopes of making it her next hobby.
