Say hello to our Volunteer of the Month, Delores Crum! Delores rejoined our chapter in April and has hit the ground running as a volunteer. She was a panel speaker at our recent “Diverse Divas Getting It Done” luncheon and supported our End of Year 50s Bash & Awards Celebration.
She is President & Chief Culture Officer of Premier Events, an events rental store with the tagline “Rental Done Right.” They’ve been busy growing through acquisitions and looking forward to finding additional growth opportunities. A self-proclaimed “Board Junkie,” Delores serves on the Board of numerous organizations and is passionate about nonprofits, especially those that benefit children, and works with the Ronald McDonald House of Central Texas and Voices for Children, also known as CASA.
During her free time Delores loves writing for her company, on her blog, https://delorescrum.com, and has published 2 books called: Simple Success Strategies and Magic, Money, and Meaning. She and her husband share a blended family of 4 grown children and 12 grandchildren. They are avid travelers who enjoy big adventures and new experiences, and have visited the capital cities of all 50 US States, all 10 Canadian provincial capitals, and 17 foreign countries. In September she is looking forward to embarking on a Rhine River cruise in Europe which is their first international trip since the start of the pandemic.
We thank Delores for her service to the chapter and wish her bon voyage on her upcoming trip!
