2025 Slate MPI Potomac Board of Directors

The MPI Potomac Chapter Nominations and Governance Committee has selected the following individuals to serve as the Board of Directors for the term of office January 1 - December 31, 2025. 

The slate of Officers and Board Members is elected by the membership of the Chapter. This slate will be deemed elected by acclamation unless the slate is challenged as outlined in the chapter bylaws. The committee believes this slate will bring the necessary skills, experience, strategic thinking, and passion to provide outstanding leadership to our chapter during their term of office.

Contesting the Slate

All members in good standing have the right to review and contest the slate of directors as indicated in the chapter bylaws.  If positions remain uncontested, the slate of officers will be considered approved by a unanimous vote after 30 days.

Additional nominations from the membership shall be permitted, provided a nomination is submitted in writing to the Nominating Committee Chair by the date provided and is supported by a minimum of 10% percent of the official chapter membership* as of the date provided.  The nominee must identify the contested candidate and must submit a Candidate Interest Form to be eligible for petition. If no additional nominations are received by the deadline, the slate of nominees approved by the Chapter Board of Directors will be deemed elected by acclamation of the membership and will be installed at the Chapter’s Annual Member Meeting. If additional nominations are received, the Chapter Members shall vote in accordance with  Article V of the MPI Potomac Chapter Minimum Bylaws - April 2024 on those positions having two or more candidates in contention. 

*Membership as of June 20, 2024 is 616.
