Hello! Bonjour!

How is it September already? I’m hoping that you all had a wonderful summer and that you are ready for all that the fall brings. J’espère que vous avez passé un bel été et que vous êtes prêt pour tout ce que l’automne nous apportera.

First, I would like to welcome:

Rose-Marie Guerra Director, Charity Auction and Community Outreach and Brent Beatty, Director of Awards and Recognition to the 2022-2023 board. Bienvenue Brent et Rose-Marie.

Thank you to the Education Committee for hosting our first event on September 7, which was very well received. Our next Education event will be held virtually in November, so stay tuned for further details!

We will be hosting our AGM on Wednesday September 28 virtually over the lunch hour and this is free for members to join. A calendar invite will be coming your way members, so I encourage you to participate to find out how our Chapter faired over this last year.

I’m so happy to announce that the Prix Prestige awards will be held, in person, at the Infinity Conference Centre on November 1! Nous sommes heureux de vous annoncer que le Prix Prestige seront organisés au Centre de conférence Infinity le 1er novembre.

There are still sponsorship opportunities for the Prix Prestige awards so please reach out to Allyson Tonelli at partnerships@mpiottawa.ca

Nominations are closing on September 9, so please nominate a fellow member if you haven’t already.
