Welcome to our new members that have recently joined our MPI Ottawa Chapter. We can’t wait to see you at our next in-person or virtual event and welcome you to the MPI Ottawa community!
On March 21, 2023, MPI Ottawa’s Director of Awards and Recognition, Brent Beatty and the MPI Foundation Global Board of Trustees Chair (and 2022 Prix Awards Emcee), Jennifer Beatty, DES, HMCC, presented the 2022 Rising Star of the Year Award to Elodie Lortal, CMP, DES, WPICC.
Elodie was truly a rising star in the Ottawa community before relocating to her new role as Commerciale Externe, Marché ambassades et entreprises (External Sales, Embassies and Business Market) in Paris France at the Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel.
Elodie relocated to the “City of Light” just prior to last year’s awards and it was an honour for our Director and the MPIF GBOT Chair to present this award to Elodie in person while en route to MPI’s European Meetings and Events Conference (EMEC) in Brighton, UK.
Congratulations once again Elodie from all of us at MPI Ottawa!
We are excited to announce that we have filled a vacant volunteer position on the Marketing and Communications committee. Jason Rost will be taking care of the Chapter News and Views portfolio taking on the Chair role. We look forward to his leadership!
