MPI Foundation Series: MPI Ottawa Chapter Supports MPI Foundation for 2018-2019

The MPI Ottawa Chapter is proud to announce that it has chosen the MPI Foundation as one of its charities to support for the 2018-2019 year. A small portion of each event’s registration fee and some proceeds of the Charity Auction Dinner will be donated to the Foundation.  

We chose to support the MPI Foundation because it fuels the growth and advancement of our community by providing professional development and career growth through grants and scholarships. Many of our MPI Ottawa Chapter members have benefited from the MPI Foundation and we are proud to be able to give back to this great not-for-profit organization that supports the global meeting and event industry.

To better educate and inform the MPI Ottawa membership on the Foundation itself and how YOU can benefit from it, we will be launching a 4-part article series which will include:

• Testimonials from MPI Ottawa Chapter members who have received scholarships or grants
• How to apply to grants and scholarships
• What is the review process when applications are received by the Foundation.
