Although there are no Corporate Tables for sale at this years’ Festive Event, we strongly encourage suppliers to “corral” a few friends to share in this event! This will be more of a standing event with some general seating. To make this easier, we are offering suppliers groups of 5 tickets to purchase.
Duty of Care
We recognize that COVID-19 remains a concern and we will be taking extra steps to protect everyone attending the Ho Ho Hoedown.
The well-being of our participants is of the utmost importance, and we are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for the event. We encourage all participants to follow recommendations provided by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Social Services. There will be stickers in Red, Yellow and Green that you will be able to put on your badge to indicate your level of comfort for all to see.
Hand sanitizer stations will be positioned at registration and throughout venue.
Holiday Food Drive
Once again, we will be collecting non-perishable food items and cash for the Ottawa Food Bank’s Holiday Food Drive at the event. Should you prefer to make an online donation, our event has been registered, and you may make your payment HERE. Our goal is set at $1,000 in donations. Let’s surpass this!
Most Needed Items are Rice, Pasta and Sauce, Canned Meat and Fish, Canned Fruit and Vegetables, Stew, Chili, Peanut Butter and Diapers.
