A Day in the Life

Event professionals are all about relationships; we call each other supplier partners and friendors. But do we really understand each other’s jobs or just rely on these relationships when creating an experience for clients and attendees? A Day in the Life will take a deeper dive into, and start the conversation about, each sector of our wonderful industry. Allowing us to make more informed decisions and create more immersive designs.

You will experience a visual and interactive format, designed to engage your senses. During the networking, you'll enjoy watching video clips from members showcasing what they do during their day. This will be followed by a “hot seat” panel, where you ask the questions that have been keeping you up at night.

Attendees will be able to:

1. Create more comprehensive communication plans.
2. Develop RFPs that more closely connect to the event strategic plan.
3. Analyze goods and services needed for unique event designs.
