Join Us at MPINE’s Educational Institute 2025!

We're excited to welcome innovative and engaging sessions that will captivate and inspire our audience. Below, you'll find examples of the diverse session formats we accept, but we encourage creativity and unique approaches as well.

General Education Session

These 60-minute informative sessions are designed for 1-2 presenters. Deliver 45 minutes of content followed by 15 minutes of Q&A or an audience engagement activity.

Case Study Sessions

Showcase real-life events or scenarios, discussing the challenges, solutions, and practical tips. These sessions can have up to 3 presenters.

Panel Discussions

Engage in a 40-45 minute discussion or interview format with a maximum of 4 panelists and 1 moderator. Conclude with 15-20 minutes of Q&A or an audience engagement activity.

Experiential Sessions

Dive into a topic or issue creatively, allowing participants to engage through feedback, discussion, and questions.

Workshops

Offer a hands-on experience where attendees can elevate their craft in your area of expertise. These 60-minute sessions include time for audience work assessment.

Important Dates for Speakers

• July 15, 2024: Call for proposals ends
• July 15 to 31, 2024: Proposal grading and review by the EI Committee
• August 1 to 10, 2024: Speaker notifications
• August 10 to 25, 2024: Agenda design by the EI Committee
• August 31, 2024: Speaker contracts due
