  • Non-perishable, easy to prepare foods for example tuna, canned chicken, ramen or instant noodles, protein or nutrition bars, or protein or nutrition shakes.
  • Personal essentials/personal care items for example menstrual products like tampons or pads, shampoo and conditioner, lotion, soap, socks, or hand and foot warmers.
  • Gift cards for gas stations or grocery stores.
  • A lot of the folks who use this community pantry may not have access to a place where they can cook a meal, so food items that are either ready to eat or very quick and easy to prepare are useful.
  • Outreach also works with folks who are living in their cars or very low-income and gas and grocery costs have gone up so much this year that it's one of our most commonly requested and quickly given out items.
