President's Message

Welcome to MPI-Wisconsin!   Our chapter has a rich history in Meeting Professionals International as four of our own Wisconsin Chapter members were founding members of MPI Global.  We are also proud to be recognized as a Top Achieving chapter by MPI Global.   Our chapter members are recognized leaders in our industry and we continue to strive for better education, innovation and leadership. 

The education we offer at nearly every chapter event spans a broad base of topics to help you further your career, presented by some of the best experts in the industry. As an EIC Preferred Provider, our sessions are certified by the Events Industry Council for Continuing Education credit.

I encourage you to click on the “Events” tab to check out our future schedule, and attend every event possible…even if that means just those in your area! We value your time, and know that your time will have value when you join any of our upcoming events.

Networking opportunities abound and provide priceless one-on-one connections for professional and business development.  Our members know that time invested in MPI-Wisconsin is time well spent. 
Our Strategic Alliance partnerships, event sponsorships, in-kind donations, and other opportunities support our goals and provide great value in reaching our enthusiastic membership.   Member support is crucial to our mission of connecting industry professionals to learn, build relationships, and enhance business opportunities. 

This brings us to this current state of our industry.  We are finally, and hopefully continue to stay, on the rebound of one of the toughest times our industry has ever faced.  MPI-Wisconsin has been there for those who needed to sit in on educational webinars and share ideas throughout these past two years, they have been a resource for resume reviewing and job postings, and they have also provided an uplifting and safe place to look forward to at the end of the month.  I can speak from my heart when I say that without my MPI family, I don’t know that I would have made it through on such a positive note.  

I am beyond excited to start my journey on an upswing, and look forward to seeing what the next year brings.  We aren’t out of the woods yet, but I am here to help make connections, support our members, and help rebuild our Chapter and our industry.  Together, we will do amazing things!
