Join us on March 23rd at Embassy Suites Brookfield as we learn a new strategy called the 5th Question™ for more effective networking with our speaker Gina Glover!
A taste of Italy? Why not! Our afternoon will begin with a delicious Italian lunch and activities to follow the event. After we enjoy our meals, we ask you to consider this question: “What could happen if we moved past the typical networking small talk?”
Gina will share a presentation called Focus on the 5th Question™. It will help guide our conversations to allow real professional relationships to develop and it will increase our networking confidence. Gina is a professional speaker and career coach who speaks about communication, networking, and career change. She will demonstrate how she uses the 5th Question to connect business professionals to new skills that allow them to connect effectively, represent themselves and thier clients confidently and achieve their personal best.

Why do 85% of business leaders believe in-person and virtual events are essential to their company’s success?
One word - networking.
Do we exchange business cards? Do we make small talk?...Yes.
But does that type of exchange really make up the long-term relationships that convert to sales time and time again?...No!
What if we had a way to push beyond the small talk?
What if we had a way to expedite the move from conversation to connection?
What if we had a way to empower our people to stand above the crowd?
What if we have the 5th QUESTION™?
In this engaging and entertaining session, Gina Glover leads attendees on a journey to not only uncover but to master the 5th question. She helps people move beyond the standard and often mundane business and networking conversations to the connections that convert to real relationships.
Learner Objectives:
• Learn how the 5th Question can lead to successful outcomes in your business conversations and networking opportunities;
• Recognize and address the most common obstacles that jeopardize the application of the 5th Question;
• Understand how the characteristics of authenticity, empathy and vulnerability apply to the 5th Question.
