Award winning speaker Patty Hendrickson will share strategies to help us step out of the fast lane to help us build cultures and connect with her presentation, Getting Beyond the Busy – Engaging Yourself and Those You Serve.
We are partnering with Beyond Blessed Pantry for our January event! Requested items are:

YES! You are very busy. And YES, it feels like you’re in the “faster – faster – faster” gear of getting things done. Let’s step on the brake and together explore our realities of how we can make some positive change. This high-energy and interactive program gets you thinking and gets you moving to understand real engagement strategies to build cultures where people feel they belong, they are safe, they matter, and work is meaningful. Quiet Quitting and Job Jumping are real. We need to commit to build cultures where connection comes before content. Get ready to show up and have fun. You won’t just sit and listen, you’ll be engaged with others diving into motivations, intention, engagement and resiliency.
Learner Objectives:
- Identify key indicators that move people to disengage
- Choose those strong Host-Attitude practices that welcome others and build trust.
- Understand what really motivates individuals to continue to participate and engage.
- Articulate those people and practices that make you a better professional
Speaker Bio:
Since
1987 our speaker today has spoken to more than a million people. She has a Master’s of Business Administration; is an association leader; and author. She earned the prestigious designation of Certified Speaking Professional given to less than 900
people in the World.She is a booked and busy interactive leadership speaker, sharing with diverse audiences from the American Soybean Association, National Future Business Leaders of America, Sacred Heart Hospitals, and today – for the first time – MPI Wisconsin!
When not working, she can be found hanging out with her hubby Brad, 19-year old son Max and 13-year old daughter Amelia or cheering for her favorite Wisconsin teams!!
