Being able to communicate effectively and influence successfully are essential business skills. Sometimes this is easy – we connect with them quickly and easily. But sometimes it’s more difficult – we seem ‘out of sync’ and don’t ‘hit it off’. Why is that?
Join us Thursday, September 22 at The Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee as we learn to establish our communication interaction style, types of communication, how to recognize them, what motivates them and how to best interact with them. All from one of the best in the biz, Mimi Brown.
After our post event reception, The Ingleside and Positively Pewaukee have partnered for a Party in Pewaukee! Jump on a shuttle from the hotel or drive to our first stop in downtown Pewaukee. Each visitor will get a Bingo card to get stamped at local businesses as you stroll downtown. Fill your bingo card and enter in the prize drawing! Party in Pewaukee will run from 5-7.

Being able to communicate effectively and influence successfully are essential business skills. Sometimes this is easy - we connect with them quickly and easily. But sometimes it's more difficult - we seem 'out of sync' and don't 'hit it off'. Why is that? Often, it's simply a matter of style - your approach comes from a different experience. you're speaking a language they just don't get or behave in a way that's alien to them. But it doesn't have to be like that.
During this highly interactive, action packed, informative and practical session, participants will experience and empowering insight into their own behavior and that of others. Participants will engage in a short activity to establish their "Communication Interaction Style"., learn about all four types, how to recognize them, what motivates them and how best to communicate with them.
They will leave with tools and techniques that will enable them to communicate more effectively and build stronger, more successful relations, both internally and externally.
