Virtual Information and Prep Sessions

Lunch and Learn programs to invest in you!

MPI-Wisconsin, along with Madison College, have teamed up to bring our in person CMP 101 programs online! 

Jodi Goldbeck, CMP will instruct the 3 sessions with distinct content on Zoom. 

Attend one or all 3, they are free to MPI Wisconsin Members!

JodiGoldbeckYour Instructor

Jodi Goldbeck, CMP has been a full-time instructor at Madison College in the Event Management Program since 2009. She is currently the Program Director for the Event Management Program and serves as the Internship Director as well.  She also developed a curriculum called Studies in Gratitude, Optimism and Well-Being (GrOW) at Madison College.  Along with the GrOW curriculum, Jodi has created a series called Mastering Mindfulness, which helps others gain control of their own mindsets and live an authentic and present life.  Additionally, Jodi was awarded the 2017 Excellence in Full-Time Teaching Award from Madison College.

From 1999 through 2009, she was the Director of Conference Services at the Fluno Center for Executive Education, located on the campus of UW-Madison. In her role at the Fluno Center, she was responsible for planning events for groups from 5 to 500 including several departments at the University of Wisconsin, Kraft Foods, Epic, and CUNA, to name just a few. 

Prior to moving to Madison, she received her master’s degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Personnel and Labor Relations from Northern Michigan University. Before receiving her master’s degree, she worked at a U.S. Olympic Training Center planning and organizing sporting events throughout the state of Michigan.

Jodi is a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and served on the Wisconsin chapter's Board of Directors from 2010-2015. She received her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2004 and has facilitated CMP101 sessions for the chapter for several years.
