Understanding Your Stakeholders from the Inside-Out

Each stakeholder may have different requirements and preferences that can create unique challenges. That's why understanding the perspective and priorities of each one is critical for event success. Being able to meet expectations and communicate effectively starts with recognizing your own personal style. Then it’s easier to understand the other person’s concerns and adapt to build a positive relationship. This program helps you quickly gain insights into how your stakeholders think, so you can relate and connect at a deeper level using neuroscience and personality theory based on Everything DiSC®.

Attendees of this session will:

  • Understand how your individual perspective influences your interactions and communication with your stakeholders (and others
  • Discover why it’s easy to view stakeholders with different personal styles than you as challenging. Learn to recognize your stakeholders' personal styles so you can adapt your style to more easily manage their expectations and build stronger relationships.
  • Identify your personal style so you can better understand your strengths (and challenges).
