Education Session - Meeting Expert Panel: The Lifecycle of an Event
Panel Discussion
Experience the chance to listen and participate in a live panel featuring speakers from a local AV provider, rental company, DMC, corporate planner and convention and visitors bureau. We'll take questions and examples submitted prior to the meeting so the audience can hear their submissions answered in real time. Walk through the full life cycle of an event and see how it differs from each perspective of all those involved. You'll gain a new understanding of how an event is processed in each stage and a new respect for how each business is affected. The goal is to promote stronger partnerships and more effective communications across the industry.
