Inside Look From the President - September 2023

Fall is in the air, and pumpkin spice is everywhere!!

Yes, I am one of those individuals that love anything that has pumpkin in it, or that smells like spices. I think it is the kickstart to start my senses! This is my time of year to get reenergized and get ready for the fall and winter months.

First, I can’t brag enough about our chapter on what an amazing TEC Elevate event. Shout out to the education team; Jim Spellos and Tim Hines were just a few of the exceptional speakers. Everyone showed up and what exceptional educational content they presented. If this is any indication of what is to come for this chapter, hold on tight and get ready for an awesome ride.

Second, I need to share with you all about our recent chapter performance! We received the “Chapter of Excellence”. We excelled in Member satisfaction, Member retention, Finances, Content satisfaction, Education offerings!! Kudos to everyone who helped achieve this level of excellence.

We have some fun and exciting networking and educational events coming up in the next few months that you don’t want to miss. Our Volunteer Gratitude Event on October 26th and our “Behind the Scenes at the HEB Center in Cedar Park on November 10th!
