Her clients include owners, operators of hotels and resorts, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, and restaurants. She regularly advises her hospitality clients in matters involving general operations, sales and marketing, legal issues, and dispute resolution. Melia also assists her firm’s nationwide cannabis and alcoholic beverage clients with navigating state licensing issues and regulatory requirements.
Her passion for the hospitality industry traces back to her roots and continues to the present day, with grandparents who were founders and operators of a winery in Oregon’s Willamette Valley and great-grandparents who were hotel developers in Seattle and Hawaii.
