Graves picSpeaker: Sarah Graves, CSW, CSS, PCC

Our nation is coming out of the Covid pandemic and while many industries were impacted, the hospitality industry was at the top of the list.  Prior to Covid, the challenges of the industry were already daunting, with a particularly high rate of failure or ownership change, long hours, holiday and weekend events. Some weeks you’re barely surviving. Sleep and shutting down your phone seem like a great date.

Our return to business accelerated, has only heightened the stress. How in this atmosphere of overwork and high expectations can you take care of yourself, feel fully engaged and alive, engaging in relaxation and joy with the people you care about in your life?

This program will provide new tools for ongoing practice in your workplace for yourself and others. Beginning with a growth mindset in place of the perfectionist edge, a landscape viewpoint of your leadership that creates a positive ripple in lieu of dramatic wakes, and a generative principle to increase your ability to work with a wide variety of clients, suppliers, and team members - all while increasing your energy and vibrancy.  Rather than feeling drained or depleted or acting out of frustration, impatience and irritability, you’ll have choice and discernment to be kind.  Why?  Because you’ve been kind to you—first!

It's time to increase your investment in yourself and recalibrate in 2023!
