Speaker: Matthew Lowe, Jordan Ramis PC
A member of Jordan Ramis PC's Business Law team, Matthew focuses his practice on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and state and federal taxation for both profit and nonprofit organizations. He also offers expertise in real estate and leasing transactions, employment matters, estate planning and probate, and state and federal election and campaign finance law.
Matthew is recognized as a leader throughout the Pacific Northwest in the representation of public charter schools, including representing their interests in charter applications, negotiations, operational issues, facility issues, employment issues, education law, public contracting, and public meetings and records law.
Prior to joining Jordan Ramis, Matthew spent time as a Legislative Assistant for U.S. Senator Bob Packwood and as The Chief of Staff for Oregon State Senator Tom Hartung. This first-hand experience in politics, along with nearly 15 years of experience representing political campaigns, public interest groups, trade associations, and other state and federal political organizations, contributes to Matthew’s ability to competently handle Election and Campaign Finance matters.
