Kristen Partridge
Kristen Partridge loves to be part of the “AHA!” moments in life- especially those she gets to experience when working alongside college students. She currently serves as the Associate Vice President and Associate Dean of Students at the University of Oklahoma.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Education from OU in 1999 and her master’s degree in human relations and organizational leadership in 2008. She began her career in student activities at the University of Central Oklahoma and later returned to OU in a variety of student programming and advising positions, eventually becoming the Director of Student Life. She took her current role in 2016.
In 2012, Kristen was honored to receive the Sullivant Prize for Perceptivity, given by the Inasmuch Foundation and established by Edith Kinney Gaylord. Kristen’s focus is promoting leadership development and enhancing self-awareness in every person she meets. She speaks to thousands of students every year about becoming “You 2.0,” the best possible versions of themselves. She is the co-owner of a leadership training and consulting company called “Spark” that focuses on helping people thrive personally and professionally.
She is married to her best friend Casey. They have two boys, Sam (11) and Will (8) who make them laugh and cause a fair amount of mischief. The Partridge family lives in Norman and enjoys (in this order): Braums ice cream, golf, reading, travel and cheering their favorite teams to victory- specifically the Oklahoma Sooners and the Dallas Cowboys.
