Meeting Professional of the 3rd Quarter 2019-2020

CONGRATULATIONS to Jordan Wong, CMP, named Meeting Professional of the 3rd Quarter 2019-2020. 
Jordan Wong Graduated Culinary School in 2014, where he was fortunate enough to start an internship as the sales and catering coordinator at the iconic CLIFT hotel. Shortly after, he slowly worked through the ranks in the hotel and explored different positions from catering sales manager to banquet manager. After growing operationally, he made the move to the San Mateo Marriott in the Fall of 2017, where he is now the Senior Sales Manager handling the corporate market all sizes. Jordan joined MPINCC 3 years ago, and has made so many great connections. During his time in the chapter Jordan was fortunate enough to be involved with the volunteer committee and had the opportunity to be the Chair / Co-Chair. Jordan said "None of this is possible without the guidance of our fantastic leadership team". Here is what some of the nomination comments were: Jordan has led the volunteer development committee with passion and professionalism this year. For Q3, he was planning a gathering for our volunteers to increase engagement and connect with each other. Due to Covid 19, the event has been postponed. A lot of thought and hard work were put into the planning of this gathering and I wanted to recognize Jordan for his hard work. Great Work Jordan and Congratulations!
