In February 2018, ARIA completed a 200,000-square-foot expansion of its LEED Gold-certified convention center. The resort added technologically advanced, flexible meeting spaces across four stories, bringing it to a total size of 500,000 square feet. Featuring stunning indoor/open-air verandas and the unique Cypress Executive Lounge with private suites, a stocked pantry, conference room and library, this expanded space offers a multitude of event possibilities.
MGM Grand recently added an additional 200,000 square feet of event space bringing the total square footage of the MGM Grand Conference center to 850,000. This innovative space includes the city’s first wellness meeting experience – Stay Well Meetings – spanning the entire second floor of the center; and will feature a 5,500-square-foot outdoor courtyard for private events, a 49,000 and 32,000-square-foot ballroom, as well as several additional ballrooms and breakout space.
Park MGM introduced its 77,000-square-foot conference space in early 2018. Featuring innovative, nontraditional spaces, Park MGM is an ideal destination for small groups and can host up to 5,000 attendees in the customizable Park Theater. This expansion also introduced Las Vegas’ first Executive Meeting Center (EMC) and Ideation Studio—high touch, high-tech meeting venues designed to maximize productivity for small groups.
Set on 120 acres and home to three distinctive resort brands, the tropically indulgent Mandalay Bay offers guests nearly anything their hearts desire. While listening to the waves, groups can relax and enjoy floor-to-ceiling views of Mandalay Bay Beach during their breakfast, lunch, dinner or reception. Available any time of day year-round, planners can book a seated dinner for 80, a reception for 150 or a prime viewing area for a summer concert on the beach within the 2,425-foot-elevated and air-conditioned space.
