As our industry (painfully) learned over the past four years, adaptability and resilience are often the keys to success in the meetings and events industry. These individuals and teams—whether solopreneurs or those with just a handful of employees—are pros at overcoming obstacles, from tight budgets and unpredictable clients to the constant need to innovate or (dare I say…) pivot to other services.But here’s the thing: The lessons small business owners learn in their daily grind don’t just apply to other small businesses.
