FY2023-2024 Compliance Documents
Please note that your chapters’ compliance documents are due to Global no later than June 15. Here is the list of the documents for your reference: Business Plan, Marcomm/Event Calendar, Budget, Chapter Operations Form, Volunteer Leader Agreements (e-signed via Adobe Sign, see post below), copy of the Chapter Administrator Annual Performance Review, copy of the Chapter Administrator Contract and copy of the Chapter Administrator Certificate of Insurance.

To assist you in keeping track of these documents, a checklist is available in the CLRP > Compliance > March 1 Compliance > Chapter Compliance Checklist (PDF). The checklist also provides the path for certain templates available in the CLRP.
As mentioned in the Global Update video (CLRP > Chapter Leader Training > Board Orientation > 2023-2024 Annual Global Update), the Chapter Bylaws and Chapter Policy Manual will be updated and available in July. Chapters will have until December 31 to update both documents with chapter-specific information and policies and submit them to Global.

MPI Website Management Interface Updates Are Coming
If you are a chapter admin who regularly logs into your chapter's website's management interface, this update is for you! At the beginning of July, we will be switching over to Sitefinity's new website interface. The new interface brings with it a clean and refreshed look and feel to the website backend with some updated functionality. More importantly, switching to this new interface will allow us to stay current with Sitefinity's latest releases. Jay Hough, MPI's Director of Technology Services has put together a quick 6 minute video walking you through some of the major differences in the interface coming in July. You can check that out here.
