Expo & Events Coordinator

If you are wired for events and public education is a mission you can support, this might be the position for you. Our team is in search of an individual with demonstrated experience and success in association exhibitions and events.

Responsibilities include:

• Website and app development/maintenance
• Attendee and booth staff registrations/allotments
• Post-event surveys
• Sponsor fulfillment
• One- and two-day statewide events with up to 125 attendees and a summer conference for 350 attendees via cross-departmental collaboration. Specialty events and elements of the annual convention will also be included in this position.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and automated solutions is a must.
• Ability to provide topnotch stakeholder relations.
• Comfort in forward-facing positions.
• Familiarity with Cadmium, Cvent, DocuSign, SmartSheet is a plus.
• Initiative and willingness to learn independently, quickly and passionately, and professionally develop is a key to success.

Salary range for position is $45,000-$65,000. Actual salary will be based on experience. Excellent health insurance and other benefits, including flexible Monday and Friday work from home schedule. Position is full-time and available January 2025.
