Global Meetings Industry Day (GMID) brings together leaders from across the meeting and events industry to showcase the real impact that business meetings, conferences, conventions, incentive travel, trade shows and exhibitions have on people, business and communities. Last year, more than 120 events were held across the globe including Toronto.

The 2018 program is designed for both planner and suppliers featuring a range of hot button topics impacting our industry. From digital trends to cyber security to the latest styles in design experience we’ve got you covered.

Join us for a unique opportunity to learn and grow through connection! At GMID 2018, we will be holding an exciting networking event called “Connect Up” (formerly Mentor Café) after the main presentation. Divided into five zones of distinct discussion topics, participants will rotate through three zones to connect with each zone specialist as well as other participants in a dynamic knowledge exchange. Each participant will have the chance to absorb wisdom as well as impart it.
