One raffle ticket per golfer, additional tickets available for purchase
 
No more than two players from the same organization permitted in a foursome, and each group foursome registered is required to have a minimum of two planners.
 
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Registration is limited to 120 golfers
Golf is RAIN OR SHINE – GOLFERS MUST SHOW
Dress code – Wacky Golf Attire (optional)
Soft spike shoes only
No refunds for cancellations
Substitutions permitted, pre-registered foursome rule applies
Final registration deadline is June 22nd or when tournament sells out, whichever comes first
Single golf registrations accepted/you will be place with other non-foursomes registered.
 
Fees:
All fees plus HST (R#124261454)
 
Member: $190 + HST
Non-Member: $225 + HST
Member Special: Book a foursome at $760*+ HST
 
*If you are a current MPI member, you can book a foursome at the member rate for all golfers if you pay with a single credit card. Not more than two players from the same organization permitted in a foursome, and each foursome registered as a group is required to have a minimum of two planners.
 
$1.00 of each registration fee will be put in a fund to assist members to attend the 2019 WEC in Toronto.

Sponsorship:
Another way to enjoy the tournament is to sponsor a hole. Spend the afternoon on the golf course talking to the golfers as they make their way around the course. Sponsorship includes the BBQ lunch and reception/dinner at the end of the tournament.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing by 5:00pm on June 18, 2018. No refund after June 18, 2018.
