Over the past two years, the dynamic of the industry has drastically changed due to disruption of outside forces. As a result, in July 2021, 4 million Americans from across all industries quit their job triggering what has become known as the "Great Resignation" and began redefining what it means to "work." Whether by choice or climate, those new and old to the Meetings and Events industry have been challenged to problem solve, take action, leave, or start something entirely new within their career path.
What does this mean for the Meetings and Events Industry? Join us for an interactive education session in the form of roundtables for an opportunity to connect with other members and discuss a variety of topics impacting the us of today. These topics include:
The session will feature four separate table topics, and participants will have the opportunity to spend up to 20 minutes engaging with fellow members around each of the above topics.
This program has been submitted to the Events Industry Council (EIC) for CMP Preferred Provider review and is approved for 1.5 credit hours. Determination of continuing education credit eligibility or Preferred Provider status does not imply EIC's endorsement or assessment of education quality.
