Join us as we Celebrate MPI St. Louis! Enjoy an evening celebrating a wonderful year with MPI St. Louis while we award our esteemed members for their great achievements throughout 2023-2024. In addition to celebrating our member achievements, we will recognize the 45th Anniversary of our chapter. You will enjoy a night full of food, drinks and plenty of fun with your industry friends!

We will also be recognizing one of our own, Steve O'Malley, recipient of the MPI 2024 Industry Leader Award. Steve has a unique perspective, having spent 34 years at Maritz where he built deep industry relationships. The St. Louis-based executive has also been an active member of MPI, serving as chairman of the board for two years (extending his one-year term to two during the pandemic), from January 2019 to December 2021. Beyond these commitments, he has been a foundation trustee for the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) and president of the SITE International Foundation.

He was inducted into the Events Industry Council (EIC) Hall of Leaders in 2023. Throughout it all, he has embraced the opportunities for service the meeting industry has brought. “I feel like what we do is noble work, and I feel very blessed to have been able to be part of this industry for as long as I have,” O’Malley says.
