Cast your vote here for the topics you want to discuss the most! The top four topics will be discussed/presented. The four that didn't make the cut won't be discussed during the session but will be available in the slide deck to any participant following the meeting.

Nicole Coon is a dynamic and accomplished certified meeting professional with over a decade of experience planning a variety of meetings and events. With a strong focus on detail-oriented execution and strategic planning, Nicole has established herself as a leader adept at fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless event logistics within various budget constraints. Nicole is skilled at developing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring efficient resource management and financial diligence. She has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, even within fast-paced and demanding environments, and is dedicated to driving strategic growth and development.

Having served as the MPI Minnesota Chapter President and currently holding a position on the board of directors, Nicole brings a wealth of practical knowledge and insights to the table. Her academic foundation includes a bachelor's degree from NDSU, additionally, as a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), she demonstrates her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and expertise in the field.

With over 10 years of planning experience, Nicole launched her business: Greet. Offering planning, facilitation, and development services to organizations. In addition, she continues to serve the industry as Director of Sales & Marketing at Event Lab, a Minneapolis based event design, decor, and destination provider.
