The experience of 2020 has absolutely been unexpected, uncertain, and devastating in many ways. We now face a world, country, economy, and industry traveling a road much less traveled as we begin to restart our global commerce engine and hospitality industry.
The short-term post COVID-19 environment will require our ability to work together, adapt often and learn as a community. This session will examine the anticipated experience and industry protocols that will be in place for the remainder of 2020.
Learning Objectives
Michael Dominguez is president and CEO with Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI). He was formerly the senior vice president and chief sales officer for MGM Resorts International. He is actively involved in the meetings industry and continues to advocate on the benefit of face-to-face engagement.
This session has been submitted to the Events Industry Council for CMP Preferred Provider review and has been approved for 1.25 CE credit hours.

The Chase Park Plaza Royal Sonesta Hotel, after undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation is once more the Grand Dam of St. Louis and the Crowne Jewel of the Central West End. With over 65,000 sq. ft. of flexible indoor and outdoor spaces, the Chase can accommodate most meetings under normal circumstances or with physical distancing.

**Meeting Attendance Policy: Per MPI Global all Essential Level Members or Non-Members will be limited to attending no more than two events in one fiscal year (July 1-June 30), and must pay the Essential Level/Non-Member Rate.
