EduCon 2023 Recap

EduCon 2023 demonstrated the power of face to face events, because when we meet, we change the world! The learning, networking, and fun convened on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at the DoubleTree by Hilton – St. Louis Chesterfield Hotel and Conference Center. Over 100 attendees experienced the exceptional hospitality from our venue host throughout the day.

Our opening session, “Take the Fear Out of Team Building,” got people on their feet, working together, and learning how to take team building activities to the next level. Matt May expertly wove in usable content with hands on examples of how groups can successfully meet their organization’s objectives in a fresh and compelling way.

Educational sessions and roundtable discussions were a focus of the day, with a total of 4.5 CE credits available to those attending the event. Technology, sustainability, well being, and more were covered by our expert team of speakers: Amy Kramer, Troy Peters, Rachael Riggs, and Jim Spellos. These sessions packed meaningful content into each minute, and the peer roundtable sessions provided attendees with time to collaborate and share one on one with each other. Check out some of the ideas that came out of the roundtable discussion.

The event was closed by Amy Kramer with valuable information on Innovation into Action and how to make big ideas manageable and actionable within teams and organizations. The day ended with a relaxed networking reception, featuring delicious food and beverage from the DoubleTree.
