Why I love my job:
Being from Saint Louis, I grew up LOVING the Zoo and always wanted to work there. When I saw the opportunity to sell private events open up, I had to apply! While I love our events, my favorite part of my job is getting to walk around the Zoo and see the animals anytime I want!

Any special accomplishments at your job or in your career:
Received my one-year recognition at the Zoo back in March and hope to have many more years at the Zoo to celebrate.  
 
How long have you been an MPI member:
a little over a year, I joined in July 2019
 
MPI Involvement:
Currently serving as the Networking Chair on the Membership Team
 
What do you like about MPI:
The community! During these unprecedented times it is so important to have a supportive community to share experiences, thoughts, and best and worst practices. COVID has turned the events industry on its head and everyone needs a little help to get through!
 
Fun facts:
I have two doggies I am obsessed with and recently had a daughter in May to add to our little family. She seems obsessed with the dogs too! I am one of those people that remember dog names but will forget human names, just ask my neighbors! My husband and I love to travel and have been to over 15 different countries together. We cannot wait to be able to travel again and bring our daughter along.
