Leadership Today - Are You Playing Chess or Checkers?

The September 14th Education Program was a real life inspiring session from one of our leading industry experts, Michael Dominguez, Sr. VP and Chief Sales Officer at MGM Resorts International. In his talk he shared insights about team dynamics and leadership skills for professionals who want to be successful in building deep and sustainable teams within their organizations.

The group in attendance at the River City Casino & Hotel was engaged in Michael's topic as he shared examples of how to lead vs. manage, and build a team that will not only produce results, but feel respected and important to the overall goals of the organization. Culture and team dynamics are critical to success in every industry, and even more so in a people-focused event space.
