September 29, 2017 Meeting Recap

What a great kick off to our first education event of the 2017-2018 season! It was wonderful to see old friends and meet new ones. How much did everyone love the new addition of assigned seating? We know we did!

Are you prepared for expected and unexpected occurrences? “Bullets, Bad Guys, Fire & Brimstone: A Look at Risk in a Changing World” with Michael Owen gave us a solid ground for ensuring our preparedness. #MPISTL thanks Michael for his willingness to come and speak to our chapter about a topic that is so prevalent in today’s society. American Cancer Society joined us in honoring Mitzi Bax. They updated us on the groundbreaking cancer research, their patient services, early detection, treatment and education for patients.
