Join us on this journey of self exploration and spiritual integration through the lens of Authentic Relating and Soundularity!
We begin with the workshop that empowers humans of all kinds with tools to consciously choose how to connect. It is an experiential event designed for self-discovery and mindfulness in our interactions.
Together we expand our ability to be present and curious in our connection with each other through Authentic Relating exercises.
Authentic Relating is a body of work that inspires deeper connection through exercises that enhance presence and self-awareness, and expand emotional intelligence capacities aka soft skills.
We'll then complete our morning together with Soundularity. This features sound healing techniques such as frequency toning, atmospheric drones, binaural/bilateral beats, and white noise woven into a musical, calming dreamscape.
Nothing is required from the attendee other than to breathe deeply and receive the sound with intention. Sound is a natural unifier, and it is thought that intentionally directing this sound energy to areas of the body and mind can promote healing and initiate deep states of consciousness.
Suggested attire for this special event experience is what makes you feel at most ease and also social. Yoga attire is totally acceptable. In fact, we suggest bringing a yoga mat with you for the Soundularity Healing Music and Sound portion of the program. Eye masks will be provided, but if you have one of your own, please bring it along. Mats, cushions, and blankets will also be available at no charge on a limited basis at Rage + Bale.
Parking: Complimentary parking is available in the lot immediately south of Rag + Bale at W 14th Ave and Zuni St. Use this pin to locate the lot in your Maps app.
This experience is accessible to all, with the opportunity to support Habitual Roots. Habitual Roots is a 501c(3) here to create intentional space for meaningful connection, community, and well-being - expanding the awareness of individuals to mindfully care for each other and themselves.
