Oh the life of a meeting planner! You’ve been working day and night on your big conference and at the 9th hour your client informs you they want a Rock Star act to perform at the grand closing celebration and depending on you to deliver! But wait….if that isn’t stressful enough, you have never dealt with sourcing talent on a grand scale before. Where do you begin? How does national talent contracting even work? Don’t fret, MPI to the rescue! Brent Fedrizzi, COO of AEG Presents, will give an overview on how to book national acts for your next big event. Brent will educate attendees on what contract terms and clauses to look for when working on talent agreements. Attendees will also hear from Tad Bowman, Venue Director for Red Rocks, one of the countries premier concert destinations, on how they work with national acts on a daily basis along with what transpires behind the scenes on an average concert day. This is a program you do not want to miss!
