EIC_143723-17_PP_Logo_Icon_Final_65 Building Multicultural Mindset and Momentum was born following 2020 when the world grew smaller overnight and collaborations became necessary. The next level of change is going beyond understanding biases, and feeling guilty and shame. You will collectively engage in new opportunities to fill the gaps of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility with organic Initiatives. Get excited to experience a glass-full approach celebrating people and successes beyond changing mission statements, checking the continuing education box, and certifications programming.

Learning objectives will include:
  • Shifting from uncomfortable to unapologetically being an intentional inclusionist
  • Unpacking blind spots to the bottom line that are implicitly impacting "THEM"
  • Leveraging innovative and sustainable community engagement NOT just pay to play investments for growing organizations.
