Q: What was your first job in the hospitality industry? Domenick: I began my hospitality career as a busboy at Williamson’s restaurant on City Avenue at the Presidential building. |

Q: How did you end up in Philadelphia? Domenick: Born and raised in the Overbrook section of West Philly. Q: What is unique about your venue and why is it ideal for groups or events? Domenick: Our mission statement drives our company to provide restaurant quality food & beverage, friendly staff and an impeccably maintained facility. The “Triangle” that succeeds when all three are in alignment. Our long time and clients understand this practice and therefore we become ideal for groups and events. Q: What do you find are successful tips to partnering with clients? Domenick: Communication is the most important part of a partnership. Clearly defining expectations and then delivering. We have always found that preparation and organization are the keys to day of execution of events. Q: What has been your favorite meeting/event? Domenick: There are so many including Taste & Tour of the Countryside, The Best of Main Line Summer Party and practically every wedding because seeing guests celebrate on of life’s true milestones is a privilege. |
