GBTA is offering the member price to MPI Oregon members.
The travel industry is an integral component of human trafficking. And since we and our companies all play a role in some sector of the travel industry, we have a responsibility to educate ourselves on anti-trafficking initiatives and training opportunities. Since January is National Human Trafficking Awareness month, we have invited a panel of experts to speak on what WE as travel industry professionals can do to help raise awareness and work together to fight against human trafficking and exploitation.
Our expert panel includes:

- Cassie Trahan, LCSW, RN, Executive Direct and Co-founder, A Village for One
- Amanda Swanson, Human Trafficking Intervention Coordinator, Crime Victim and Survivor’s Services Division, Oregon Dept of Justice
- Jeremy Hepp, Police Captain, Port of Portland
