Speaker: James Spellos, MA, RDH

Like most industries, the meeting and hospitality industry has been significantly impacted by the pandemic of the past two years. While technology was moving a rapid pace before these events, its’ growth and usage has been accelerated significantly.   If you find that you, like most people, can barely keep pace with the latest tech developments, this webinar is essential for you.   Topics will include the burgeoning low code movement, updates on virtual & augmented reality applications, tools utilizing artificial intelligence, and other important tech trends.

After participating in this session, the learner will be able to:

  • Identify the 5 most critical tech tools that are impacting and supporting the hospitality industry
  • Use tools such as artificial intelligence and low code software, among others, to support their businesses, destinations and events
  • Recognize which new and developing technologies could impact the hospitality industry in the upcoming months and years.
