It’s a NEW Year with undiscovered opportunities to refocus, reengage and recommit to one another; personally and professionally. But rather than “RE”-new this year, why don’t we instead challenge ourselves to “BE NEW” in 2021.
But that’s not easy when you’re off-balance, disrupted and disconnected – as we all have been now or more than a year. On bike or in business; personally or professionally; success requires creating opportunities for people to connect with, care for and encourage one another.
Steven Foster is “One Man on One Motorcycle on One Mission” – to help organizations and individuals build their Tribe and fuel their Ride with “Passion, Power and Purpose.”
An award-winning speaker, writer and Harley-Davidson LIFE member, Steven is Managing Partner of Foster+Fathom, a Leadership and Goodness Development Group in Dallas, Texas.
In 2013, he completed a solo motorcycle ride around the perimeter of the United States - a 32-day, 34-state, 13,000-mile journey dedicated to supporting veterans, active-duty military, and their families as an Ambassador for The Boot Campaign, one of the nation’s most-respected veteran service organizations. That journey is chronicled in his book, “Full-Throttle Leadership: Passion, Power & Purpose on the Edge of America,” to be released in 2021 by Fulton Books.
Inspired by the many people he met across the country whose remarkable courage and resilience in overcoming incredible tragedies and challenges; Steven returned from the road determined to refocus his personal and professional resources to help others find their own ways to “Be New” through meaningful, purpose-filled work; that grows reach and relationships. You begin by deciding to get back on the bike and roll on the throttle to:
1. Own your Piece of the Road
2. Improve Your Skills and Capability
3. Generate Shared Enthusiasm and Engagement
4. Tell Powerful Stories that Connect you to and with Others
Steven Foster will challenge you to define your own “Full-Throttle Leadership” Rules of the Road to succeed in any environment. When individuals and organizations have clear values and practices around “Tribe, Ride, Passion and Heart,” you have the fuel necessary to power lasting impact and inspire purposeful breakthroughs, no matter how tough the circumstances.
It’s time to “Be New!”
