How did you get your start in the industry?
I started back in 2004 as a Sales Assistant and worked my way up to Account Manager. During COVID, I took the opportunity to venture off and open my own company.

18years

What is your favorite thing about our industry?
I love meeting new people.

What is the best career advice you’ve received?
Never give up.

What is the most memorable event you have planned, or client experience you have had?
The most memorable event I’ve planned took place in Las Vegas. We were in the Aria and MGM Grand. It consisted of 42 meetings taking place at different times on the same day. Each meeting room varied from 50 people to 1200 people with different setups. I worked with about 10-12 different planners to put this show together and it was a success.

What is your favorite city to travel to and why?
I love going to NYC, I love the diversity, I love the food and just walking around the city on a warm day.

What is your favorite book?
Have a Little Faith by Mitch Albom

Which three words describe you best?
Tenacious, resilient, compassionate. 

What do you love about MPI NJ?
I love the events MPI organizes and the people I meet when I attend.  Everyone has been so nice and welcoming. I am excited to make new connections and sharing my company with everyone.
