It’s the biggest buzz in Detroit…the NFL Draft is coming to MI in April!

We’ll hop on a shuttle to Huntington Place (formerly Cobo Center) for in-depth conversations with the key partners about the bid process, hotels, partnerships, security, and the value of collaboration for hosting large-scale events. We’ll take a shuttle tour (location sites TBD based on current road closures) of the event sites, including Hart Plaza and Monroe Midway.

• 11:30am: Attendees meet at the Cambria; everyone should be parked and inside by 11:30am
• 11:30am: Presentation by Cambria team / hotel tour
• 12pm: Lunch at the Cambria
• 1pm: Shuttle pick-up at Cambria
• 1:10pm: Shuttle arrives at Huntington Place in Detroit
• 1:20pm: A conversation with Detroit Police Department on event security
• 1:30pm: An insiders conversation with Detroit Sports Commission
• 1:50p: An insiders conversation with Downtown Detroit Partnership
• 3p – 3:30p: City tour on shuttle bus; we’ll visit Hart Plaza, Monroe Midway, Campus Martius (dependent on road closures)
• 3:30p: Shuttle arrives back at Cambria
