December Signature Series

Goals matter. Setting the right goals for you, having a plan to reach those goals, and following through on what is required to reach or maintain those goals may help you feel greater happiness and fulfillment while reducing stress levels.

Goals can also be a source of stress for many of us. They can create excessive pressure and bring negative feelings when you don't achieve the goals you have set. This is particularly true if they are unrealistically high or if you don't have a workable plan in place.

Therefore many people forgo setting New Year's resolutions entirely. It's difficult to keep going after your goals if you keep missing the mark each year. It's also much harder to reach your goals when you don't know the best way to go about setting them and working toward them.

Join us on December 1st to kick off the final month of 2022 with a session on goal setting and avoiding burnout. Isn't it about time you started investing in yourself?

Minito Reasor is the founder of Minito HR Solutions, LLC with over 12 years of Human Resources experience. She has a strong background in succession planning, recruitment strategies, workforce development, quality improvement, organizational training, and development. She believes in customer growth and satisfaction by leveraging team engagement to produce desired outcomes.

Minito received her Bachelor of Business Leadership degree from Baker College and Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt from Lawrence Technological University. She is a certified facilitator for Vital Smarts Crucial Accountability, Crucial Conversations, and Stephen M. R. Covey – Leading at the Speed Trust.  Additionally, she is a certified coach and facilitator for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Gallup Strengths Finder.

Every year MPI MI hosts an exciting, FUN silent auction, which serves as our major chapter fundraiser. This year, our auction takes place on December 1 during our Signature Series meeting and will also be held hybrid, allowing online or in-person bidding.

We are known for the amazing auction items donated by our generous members…people are already talking about it. And because it’s in December, it gives our members the chance to bid on some creative and memorable holiday gifts!
