Colleen Douglass joined Beyond Monumental in April 2023. Before joining the team, Colleen worked in TV and video production with networks like ESPN, Food Network, HGTV and Travel Channel. Colleen graduated from the University of Dayton with a BA in Communications. In 2020, Colleen moved back to the Midwest from Denver. When she's not convincing people to volunteer at Monumental races, you can find her meeting up with friends for trivia nights, cheering on her nephews at their baseball games, constantly working on DIY house projects, or hanging out at the dog park with her Bernese Mountain Dog Reilly.

A graduate of North Dakota State University, Andretta graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration. She was a member of the North Dakota State track and field team. In her free time, Andretta enjoys most outdoor activities and competes in the Irish sport of hurling with her local Indianapolis club.
